GAITHER AND FREY REJOIN REICHHOLD AS CEO AND COO
Two former executives have
rejoined Reichhold, Inc., taking key
posts at the Research Triangle
Park, NC-based organization. John
S. Gaither has been named president
and CEO and Douglas E. Frey
has been named COO.
Gaither spent 32 years with
Reichhold before leaving the company
in 1998. He served in a number
of senior management positions
including president of three different Reichhold divisions, COO and chairman
of European operations. Since leaving Reichhold, Gaither has worked
with several young technology companies.
Frey was with Reichhold for 17 years before leaving the firm in 2001.
During his previous service to Reichhold, he held positions in manufacturing,
sales and marketing, and was president of the former emulsion polymers
division. Frey also spent three years as president of Reichhold’s subsidiary
in Brazil.
